Accidents at Work

If you suffer an accident at work as a lack of protective equipment, flying debris, defective equipment, or as a result of a fall in the work place then you may be entitled to compensation.

Employers owe a high duty of care to their employees to ensure that you are safe at work.  They are legally obliged to provide a safe place of work, including safe equipment and machinery, and to provide suitable protective equipment where required; as well as to employ appropriate and adequately trained co-workers.
